Reliability

Since 1978, La Baule Nautic has delivered thousands of boats on the seven seas. Our experience and history in the pleasure boat business are well known and appreciated in the profession and especially by our customers.

Over the years La Baule Nautic has rigorously selected manufacturers whose products we deal. We never hesitated in ceasing our business with some ot them when quality went down.

Today, La Baule Nautic remains one of the few Bénéteau concessionaries certified "NF service" for the trade and boat maintenance categories (since July 2009 and audited every year by the independent AFNOR body).

Our solid financial foundations enables us to purchase, if necessary, your used boat, or to give you financial guarantees appending boat delivery.

Our own technical team is regularly trained and kept up to speed.

Lastly, part of our job is to permanently look for moorings for your boat, either for rent or for purchase.

Our sales persons are experienced specialists, here to advise you according to your desires and price range. You are not a number. Our job is to furnish “tailor made” not “ready to wear”.
There are no surprises, our prices and estimates include all the services and mean that the boat is delivered ready to sail.
We can give financial advice in order to make the best possible offer considering your situation. Your order is constantly followed up on. You can benefit from our special relations with a selection of financial and insurance organizations in the pleasure boat industry.

A meticulous and secure delivery process

Boatyard deliveries by selected certified removal agents. La Baule Nautic has it’s own insurance policy to cover the delivery of your boat as well as that of the removal agents.

We ensure the preparation of your boat (except for boats delivered other than the Atlantic coast, in which case we use specially selected subcontractors). Our technical team has knowledge in all the pleasure boat industry domains (electronics, laminating, electricity, mechanics, dock work, fairing, rigging, etc…) we carry out a technical check list of more than 40 items before each delivery.

The handling of your boat is taking place with our technical and commercial.

A constant quest for quality

Through the “NF service” certificate and customer satisfaction inquiries, La Baule Nautic is committed to improving the services offered to our clients.

We offer considerable guarantees, whether used or new boats. We have a full time staff of 16, even in winter, and we only use seasonal employees and subcontractours when absolutely necessary.

Ready and reactive

We are open 7 days a week for the 8 month season, and 6 days a week for the other 4 months. No annual closing for us !
Our own technical team enables us to intervene in the best of delays without being dependent on sub-contractors.

Accompanying

Our job also consists in accompanying you on the seas. You may not know it yet, but you regularly change boats ! We must therefore be able to help and advise you in the best possible way.
Nine out of ten of our customers are old customers ! Some of them are sailing their twentieth boat bought at La Baule Nautic. The proof that fidelity is not just an idle word when quality is present.
