La Baule Nautic, since 1977...
- 1977The company is founded by Jean-François MAZAN, as part of the Petit Breton Nautique group.
- 1993The Petit Breton Nautique group is dismantled. Jean-François MAZAN holds on to La Baule Nautic.
- 2004SAS LBC Nautic takes over the company with a majority share for Jérôme Caillaud.
- 2005A new sales outlet opened in Piriac-sur-Mer under the name of Piriac Nautic.
- 2007SAS Cornouaille Nautic joins the group.
- 2008SARL LBC Yachtbroker is founded, a branch specially dedicated for the used boat market.
- 2009The opening of a new outlet in Le Pouliguen port with the Bénéteau and Uship brand names.
- 2010The opening of a new site in Piriac-sur-Mer in order to fulfill the existing branch with technical and wintering services.
